Disconnecting the power connection from the LT MCC cum PDB of the 132 KW motor (Sl No.: BBM-10002) and the removal of the duckfoot bend without causing any damage to the guide rail hoisting the the pump-motor set from the well with extreme caution with the assistance of a pump maintenance specialist equipped with the necessary tools and tackles as per the direction of EIC.

Loading-unloading and transportation charges of motor stator to and from the pump floor to workshop and back to pump house, which have already been lifted and dismantled before , as per the direction of E.I.C.

Repairing and overhauling of 1 No 132 KW LT motor after dismantling it from pump-motor assembly, stripping of the existing winding, and cleaning of slots and wedge groove , Flux-loop testing of stator core. New set coil making 90 nos. with enamel double glass covering copper ( rectangular) and insulating with class \\" F\\" insulation. New coil inserting into the slots with class \\" F \\" insulation, providing magnetic wedge for coilo locking into the slots. Connecting the winding and insulating. Heat- varnishing of stator winding with dr. beck H 71 A, Finally, dr. beck red becktol varnish priming on statorwinding for moisture proofing.Testing of 132 KW submersible pump motor set after complete re-assembly .

Reinstallation and fitting-fixing of the repaired Pump set with all other accessories properly aligned maintaining allowable tolerence within permissable limit including supply fixing of new gaskets and fasteners of required quantity as per existing sample and making all the electrical connections, commissioning of whole pump-motor set all complete up to the satisfaction of EIC.

Reparing of of 5 ton capacity wire rope electric hoist block ( Make : Plicare cranes mfg. Company ) by replacement of 12 mm dia fibre core wirerope of suitable length, repairing of tie rod alongwith servicing of the hoist block all complete up to the satisfaction of EIC.
