The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The EER at 100% load with AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.5 and Including OEM supplied Piping connection Kit etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. The damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal. CBRI tested and certified for 90 minute fire rating etc. complete as required and as per specifications. (Total assembly should be UL listed) |

Ink Mark Brand Printing on Hard Tubes should be present. duly insulated with tubular elastomeric nitrile rubber FM/UL approved with high water vapor diffusion resistance and low thermal conductivity should be certified 'Class O' in Fire Propagation as per BS 476 Part 6 including chase cutting andfilling with mortar, Slotted channel supports mounted on 10 mm threaded rod at suitable spacing the exposed piping shall be wrapped with glass woven cloth and lag coating for vapour barrier and weather protection. Joints shall be covered with nitrile rubber tape of 3 mm thick complete as required of following sizes. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Before gas charging system shall be flushed with high purity Nitrogen Gas to remove carbon content, dirt particles to make sure that there is no chance of mixing any impurity with Refrigerant Gas. Thereafter System shall be tested with Nitrogen Gas at 1.5 Times of working pressure of R410 Refrigerant Gas to ensure leakproof system. Whole system shall be Vacuumed up to 500- micron level which ensures the zero-moisture content level in piping to ensure better cooling efficiency and long life of the system.
