The work includes checking, servicing, repairs/replacement of worn-out parts, lubrication, alignment, electrical connections, panel board maintenance and allied works required for proper operation of the system. 2) Horticulture Maintenance: Maintenance of rough grassing around Water Works premises including:* Application of fertilizers.* Regular watering.* Grass cutting/mowing.* General upkeep.For a period of one year.3) Civil/Pipeline Work : Repair and desilting of Rising Main Line (Canal to Water Works) including cleaning, removal of silt, minor repairs and restoration to ensure smooth watr flow.Maintenance of Water Works Building including minor repair works & maintenance of Generator Set 20KW. |
