| 1 | Attending all day to day maintenance complaints of carpentry works complete excluding the cost of materials but including cost of washers, nails, clamps, screws ,drill machine,bit etc and for all lead & lift etc as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for maintenance shall be arranged at site by the agency and will be paid separately. For the purpose of attending day to day complaints, one assistant carpentor should be available daily and one log book has to be maintained by the staff of contractor duly verified by SDO/JTO(Civil) on daily basis as a proof of attending complaints. (One job will be defined / consists execution of all above items for all required / working days in a month). Cost of all T&P like washers, nails, clamps, screws,feviquick ,fevicol,drill machine,bit etc ladder etc for attending the work, shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid separately.The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of \\"supply of material \\" of the agreement. |
