Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/by mechanical means including stacking of the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meter lead as per the direction of the Engineer In-Charge

Dismantling of old plaster or skirting racking out joints and cleaning of the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr lead.

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone – 3) derived from natural source : 6 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size derived from natural source.

Provision for laying of Khandolite stone blocks with 40 mm thick cement sand mortar with all complete as per the direction of the Engineer In-charge

Racking out of stone joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth with due care and precaution by mechanical / manually means including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/refilling of joints including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In-charge.

Provision for polymer modified cementious (PMC) joint sealant with 8 % polymer loading. The sealant mix should be ordinary port land cement (OPC) khandolite stone dust and acrylic based polymer emulsion in the ratio of 1:2:2 by weight appropriate dose of non-shrink compound. The solid resin content in the acrylic based resin emulsion should be minimum 40.

Provision for 20 mm cement sand plaster in ratio 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
