The Minimum Gross salary to be paid to the experts before statutory deductions like PF, Income tax etc is given in the RFP. Consultant to take note of the above before filling the Remuneration rates in BoQ Excel sheet. If the quotes are below the minimum rates mentioned in the RFP, the Tender will be considered as Non-responsive and the tenderer will be disqualified for further evaluation. 2. The PMC is required to submit with each bill, (1) documentaory evidence & (2.) a certificate from the Statutory Audior certfying “the Minimum gross salary as given above is being paid to the Experts”. 3. In case of doubt, CMRL at its descretion, may inspect or direct to produce financial statements to confirm the above requirement. The Consultants should have or establish an exclusive well-furnished office in Chennai, for the office Personnel & Admin. The minimum office space should be as per NBC norms (of minimum area specified in the RFP – 2500 Sft) with office cubicles, cabins, toilets, conference rooms and parking facilities. 2. The rented accommodation to be taken any where between Alandur & Thirumangalam project sites, in consultation with CMRL. The PMC is required to produce the rental agreement as a proof to of claim the Accommodation charges as per BoQ.3. If the consultant already has an existing office in Chennai, separate space within that office should be identified for this project staff. The PMC is required to produce the rental agreement / owership of the existing office as a proof to claim the Accommadation charges as per BoQ.4. Each of the staff to be provided with Laptop / Desktop along with Office & Design software, BIM & other computer programs, cloud rentals, Printers etc. as per requirement. 5.
