S tubes, M. S tube challis, M. S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining in a serviceable condition for the required duration at approved and removing it thereafter. | 7 | Provision for ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture for priming of scaffolding material like tubular pipes , MS ladders, clamps, base etc. to protect from corrosion in saline climate like Puri. |
| 8 | Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture of required color to give an even shade (One or more coat coats on Old work) |
| 9 | Provision for Dry cleaning of surface / stainless steel jally of ceiling with stick broom, hand cloth, water etc. and cleaning of joints of Natamandapa, Bhogamandapa, and bimana of Shree Jagannath temple. |
| 10 | Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth with due care and precaution by mechanical/manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing /refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr. Lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge of work.. |
| 11 | Pointing of joints with polymer modified Cementous (PMC) joint sealant with 8% polymer loading .The sealant mix should be Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) , khandolite stone dust and acrylic based polymer emulsion in the ratio of 1:2.2 by weight appropriate dose of Non shrink compound .The solid resin content in the acrylic based resin emulsion should be minimum of 40 %. |

| 15 | Providing and fixing of 20 mm dia S.S threaded bar 304 L grade after drilling with 25 mm dia drilling bit through existing stone masonry and thoroughly cleaning the same following proper method (Air blow, Brush) & finally 20mm dia bar to be fixed and bolt should be fixed with high performance injectable stone adhesive for proper filling of void (HIT-V-R-M20X 380 RE10 or HILTI or equivalent.) | 21 | Providing and laying khondolite stone flooring in required design and patterns, with 40 mm thick stone slab over 25 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-Charge. |
| 22 | Provision for shifting and cleaning of debris , broken stone pieces , dead lime plaster OR disposable item from the Shree Jagannath Temple premises to outside of temple by head load and then shifting to the municipality dumping ground 15 km by tractor etc as per direction of engineer in charge . |
