OD15429/2026-2027:Dismantling the existing 3-phase, 3 TR Split AC unit in position without causing any damage, refitting the same in position after maintenance (maintenance not included), and providing all necessary connections as required.

OD15375/2026-2027:Maintenance and Servicing of 1/2/3 TR 240/415V Air conditioner unit ( vertical and wall / floor mounting type split A C units such as cleaning and servicing of Indoor and out door unit normally water servicing with using cleaning material and pressure air pump etc. also including attending minor petty repairs, rectifying defects if any - excluding the material. and making to proper working condition .

OD15374/2026-2027:Dismantling and taking out the old damaged condenser fan motor of the existing 3 phase air conditioner unit and changing with new one and giving connection, convey the damaged items to the section store or concerned place etc. as required.

OD15378/2026-2027:Dismantling and removing the faulty PCB assembly from the existing three-phase air conditioning unit, carrying out the necessary repairs and reconditioning, and reinstalling it with all required connections properly restored.

OD15376/2026-2027:Supply and provide suitably sized soft-drawn copper pipes for a 3-phase, 3 TR split air conditioner, to connect the outdoor and indoor units as refrigerant piping, including insulation, suitable rubber seal, form sleeve 10 mm thick brazing etc. as required.

OD15377/2026-2027:Supplying and filling the required quantity of refrigerant gas for the existing air conditioning unit, including leak testing, rectification of defects, arresting leaks (including brazing), and ensuring the compressor is restored to proper working condition, as required.
