| 1 | MAINTENANCE WORK OF PROTECTION OF STP/PCC POLES WITH PLASTIC SHEET, BARRICADING OF T/F (250 TO 630 KVA T/F), DURING KANWAR MARG IN THE AREA EDSD-1 PARIKSHITGARH & EDSD-2 HASTINAPUR, UNDER EDD- HASTINAPUR . |
| 2 | Providing & Wrapping of STP/PCC pole with PVC insulation sheet (minimum 50 micron), minimum till 7 feet height or as per direction of Supervising Engineer. Colour of insulation sheet will be confirmed by department. Work also includes wrapping of 02 rounds of 2 inch width retroreflective tape, along with supply & fixing of A-4 size danger signage stickers (danger signage stickers design will be provided by Supervising Engineer) and providing GPS photos. |
| 3 | Providing and fixing of flexi signage board of size 2 feet × 2 feet. Signage board must be properly binded by frame at edges (flexi signage board language will be provided by Supervising Engineer). |
| 4 | Strong barricading of distribution T/F with wooden balli (as per direction of Supervising Engineer). Wooden balli must be digged in at least 2 feet inside the earth. Barricading must have horizontal bracing of wooden balli at least 04 Nos on each side and providing diagonal bracing in-cross on each side. Along with supply & fixing of A-4 size danger signage stickers on each side (danger signage sticker design will be provided by Supervising Engineer) and providing GPS photos. (All Material provide by the contractor at site) |
| 5 | Providing & Wrapping of STP pole with HDPE Pipe (High Density polyethylene Pipe) thickness more than 2 mm. covering upto 7 feet height from ground level or as per direction of Supervising Engineer. Colour of insulation sheet will be confirmed by department. Work also includes wrapping of 2 inch width retroreflective tape, along with supply & fixing of A-4 size danger signage stickers (danger signage stickers design will be provided by Supervising Engineer) and providing GPS photos. |
| 6 | Carriage of following material from store center PVVNL to site & vice-versa of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 100 Km, as per direction of Supervising Engineer.Line material such as HT/LT Cross Arms, HT/LT pin insulator, HT/LT pin, HT/LT disc insulator with fitting, stay rod, stay wire, LT AB cable, conductor, GI wire, Earthing, J Hook, GI wire for guarding, MS nuts & bolts, suspension clamp etc. |
| 7 | Earthing of each HT/LT line pole & T/F properly after drive of electrodes of size 20 mm × 250 mm and connection of the earthing point with GI wire (as per UPPCL responsibility). |
| 8 | Guarding of line with G.I. wire having 2 no. horizontal wire & 3 mtr distance of laces of ten 6 SWG/8 SWG G.I. wire complete work in all respect (as per UPPCL respo). |
| 9 | Open the binding & re-sagging of existing HT/LT line. |
| 10 | Repairing of Rusted STP at different location |
| 11 | Providing and fixing of PVC insulation sheet (minimum 50 micron), to cover stay wire complete. 7 feet height. |
| 12 | providing and fixing of stay insulator. |
| 13 | Cutting & Chopping of tree branches near side of line for making clearance between line & tree |
