3S&F winodws/ventilators (ECO-4000 series double rebate) fabricated from roll framed section made of galvanised steel colour coated/powder coated (Base steel as per IS 513 'D' quality galvanised as per IS 277 with zinc of 120gms/sqmtr) with total coated thickness of 0.60mm, with or without cooler opening. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.Note. Paint Specification : Coated sections should be with primer coat of epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with polyester up to 50-60 microns thick.Dimenstions of Sections: Sections for frame should be of 72mmx55mm, section for mullion should be of 72mmx50mm, sections for shutter frame should be of 47mmx20mm, sections for fixed glass bead should be of 12mmx12mm, and section for fly mesh should be of 40mmx20mm.Fixing Details: Sections for frame glazed shutter and mesh shutters should be cut to length and miter joined with polyprpylene corner brackets, mullion section should be joined with frame/mullion using mullion cap Ethyl Propylene Damien Monomer (EPDM) Gasket should be used all around glass in shutter and fixed glass. Spoon Profile should be used around fly mesh to fix mesh in mesh shutter.Accessories: Each Glazed shutter and mesh shutter should be provided with SS Pivot Hinges-1set, seccolor handle & seccolor stay. Window frame should be fixed to brick/concrete masonry by using Nylon self expanding caps and driving MS electroplated 80mm long screw into the caps through frame.
4S&F glass shutter & fixed glass portions should be provided with a glass of 5mm plain float glass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
5S&F wire Mesh shutter should be provided with a stainless steel 32 gauge fly mesh of 304 grades with 144 holes per square inch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
6S&F window grill should be provided with Grill made of 10mm sq. MS Bars welded to at 150mm centre to centre, 6mmx12mm MS flat, Total Grill unit should be powder coated and fixed to window frame with screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
7S&F 200mm long Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
8M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a one coat of 1mm thick JK/Birla wall putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and over priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
9M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
10M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
11Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
12M&L for two coats of cement base paint on old plastered/pointed surfaces of walls including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
13M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles in vertical surface including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
14M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0 using 12.50mm graded aggregates as in base concrete to floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
15M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floorts etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
16All as per item No 15 above but as in skirting incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
17Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
18M&L 18-20mm thick any shade marble (Green marble) slab in cooking platform set in CM 1:4 incl pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
19M&L 18-20 mm thick Red Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including moulding (U type) on edges in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

37Supply and fixing ISI marked 500 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm brass ball valve high pressure including dismantling of the old unserviceable water tank with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

45Removing of existing filling in sunken floor of WC and repair to sunken floor with 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 of internal surface mixed with WPC, than painting with bitumen 30/40 over a coat of bitumen primer, putting 50 micron polythene than filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and inserting 50mm bore 1.00M long GI water tubing to the wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WC and tiles shall be measured and paid separately.
46Demoliton of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debries out of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
47M&L for Endura cool roof SRI tiles of size 300x300mm, 10mm thick of, laid over 15mm thick bedding in cement mortar (1:4), joints grouted and flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement. 48M&L for Stone Slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square in one length not less than 60 cm and n exc 120 cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades, plinth protections etc, punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directd, set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
