| 1 | M&L for replacement of existing sign board of any size with double sided sign boards with following specifications or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Body of the Sign boards cabinet of size exc 2.50 Sqm and n exc 3.00 Sqm to be manufactured from a corrosive resistant extruded aluminium section of size not less than 63.50 mm x 38.10 mm x 1.20 mm thick interlocked with cross members and side panels of suitable sizes. (b) Translucent Polycarbonate sheet/acrylic sheet not less than 3 mm thick to be fixed with aluminium/stainless steel screws on either face of the cabinet. The other faces of the cabinet are to be sealed/covered with same polycarbonate/acrylic sheet and edges of sign board should be covered with aluminium U-channel capping. (c) The height of bottom side of board shall be 300 mm above ground level . (d) The frangible legs of aluminium pipes minimum 5 in numbers of suitable hollow section are to be screwed/bolted on MS plate of size 200 mm x 200 mm x 4 mm thick embedded in PCC 1:3:6 post holes of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm incl necessary earth work . PQC laid, spread and compacted with slip-form paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including formwork, curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause -10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC' 15-2017 complete all as specified and directed. |
