| 4 | Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | Supply and fixing on LT pole danger notice plate for LT of size 20 cm x 15 cm , 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figure and conventional skull & bones “DANGER” etc. in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of 25mmx3mm MS flat iron, nut, bolts complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Material and labour for Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint etc complete all as specified and as directed. incl taking down us pcc pole from position.NOTE :- Earthwork, PCC work in foundation& coping of pole, Cross arms, danger notice board and anti climbing device shall be measured and paid separately. |

| 8 | Material and labour PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | Taking out old unsv RCC Poles complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | Supply and fixing PVC insulated copper wire FRLS of size 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 3 core for repair of street light wherever required at site complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 11 | Supply and fix Junction box made out of one piece mould SMC base SMC door with hinged cover suitable for and including provn of 10mm thick hylum sheet connector block for incomming and out going cable for connecting with bolts and nuts including provn of one MCB SP 10 Amps mounted on din rail with neutral link for street light fixed on steel/RCC poles with suitable clamps made out 15mm x 6mm falt iron incl bolts, nuts and washers etc including dismantling old one complete as specified and as directed. |
| 12 | Supply and fix in 60 watt LED Inverter street light with (inbuilt infra red sensor) for AUTO ON/ AUTOFF and must have DIMMING facility from 10 to 100% of Rated wattage as per user defined timeline. Housing made of Pressure Die Cast Aluminium, TOP MAINTAINABLE and with clear heat resistant toughened glass ,should have secondary lens for better optics, Should have LM80 certified LED of CREE, NICHIA, OSRAM, SEOUL make only with Constant current RTC enabled electronic driver with 5KV SPD, IP66. Street light shall have inbuilt Li-ion battery of 5200mAH and shall have >1.5hrs battery backup at inverter load in case of power failure, Efficacy >100LPW, CRI >70, THD <10%, PF >0.95, Cut off Voltage at 300Volt ± 10% and suitable for 50mm mounting pipe complete all as specified and as directed. |
