(b) Cleaning of used / old lubricated substances drive/non drive end bearings. (c) Cleaning end checking of AVR unit (d) Checking and tighting of coupling bolts and replacement of rubber inserts. (e) M&L for carrying out heat varnishing for field and armature coil and kept in heating chamber for 48 hours for drying properly. (f) Replacement of Bearings as per existing size. (g) Reassembling complete unit and carrying out testing at workshop and transportation to installation and coupling with DG Set including necessary alignment, cable connections all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge |
