| 23 | Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VRF type AC plant for the rooms as per drawing including design by of outdoor unit, Indoor units, duct, pipe, supply air grill, return air grill damper and fire damper etc and all other allied items.The scope of work will include following major items: -1. Refrigerant pipes:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper refrigerant piping for interconnection between each set of indoor units and outdoor units as per design prepared and any other item to make system complete duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation complete all as per approved OEM instructions, as specified and directed ”. The work shall be carried out by OEM or authorised dealer of OEM as per the drawings submitted by contractor and duly approved by Garrison Engineer. The unit shall be complete with factory wiring, refrigerant charge, and compatible for integration with BMS. 2. Outdoor Unit:- Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of air cooled 100% inverter single / multiple compressor based , non CFC refrigerant based variable refrigerant flow (VRF) modular type air conditioning system, suitable to operate at 400 V ±10%, 50 Hz electric supply , suitable for multi indoor units with external condensing units, copper refrigerant pipe, full charge of refrigerant with additional top up if required, drain pipe, transmission cum control wiring cordless remote controls, MS slotted angle irons, provision of winter heating arrangement (Heat recovery Ventilation System) ,etc , suitable for Jaipur condition without tripping including all accessories as specified below for maintaining inside temperature (22±2) Degree Celsius considering weather condition of Jaipur. |

Size and type of indoor unit to be designed by bidder and sumiited to GE for approval. |
| 25 | 3.Indoor Units: -Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling concealed high static ductable indoor units suitable for VRF system. Units shall have adjustable ESP up to 100 Pa. Cooling coil shall be made of copper tubes with aluminium fins, with hydrophilic coating. Unit shall be provided with washable synthetic filters, insulated drain pan, and low noise operation (<45 dB). The unit shall be suitable for false ceiling mounting and connected with supply and return air ducting. Each unit shall be complete with electronic expansion valve, fan motor, and wired controller. The unit shall be factory tested and fully compatible with VRF outdoor system are based on any other superior updated version. The No & type of Indoor units shall be selected based on the design submitted by Contractor.4.Drain Pipe: -Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Rigid PVC Drain piping of 6 Kg/CM2 rating with insulated with 9mm thick nitrile foam rubber trenched on walls, ceiling suspended , hanged with all necessary clamps, saddles & supports.S&F flexible PVC drain piping of suitable dia for indoor units complete with necessary fittings viz elbow, tees reducers etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 26 | Notes:- The work will be executed in two parts: -The Part-I includes (1) site survey, design of VRF type AC for the room as per the attached drawing. (2) Submission of design duly vetted by NIT or any govt Engineering college. (3) Approval of complete design from Accepting officer. Designing will include followings: -(a) Detail drawing of the plant. (b) Selection of capacity and type of indoor and outdoor units. (c) Design of all connected electrical wiring / distribution box and distribution panel. (d) Routing of cables and cables tray, drain pipe etc. (Tentative Time schedule :- 0 to 4 week)The Part-II involves: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of VRF type AC plant as per the approved design and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Tentative Time schedule :- 0 to16 week)Note: The completion of work will be issued by GE on completion of both the parts. |
