12 (twelve) months operation & maintenance work of the entire plant including supply of all accessories (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical), manpower, spares, chemicals & other consumbles as and when required (in all cases the damaged/ defective portions shall be restored by the contractor immediately at no extra cost).

Monthly collection of water samples from each of Community Water Purification Plant and submission of the same to WBPHED Laboratory for testing.
