Demolition above G.L. Up to floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials with in 20 meters lead and Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15 cm thickness.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to giv a fair finish including centring. shuttering. strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness including carriage of mterials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work I/c bending ,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 approved quarry stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)including finishing the surface of concrete smooth. i/c entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with with weather proofing exterior grade emulsion of approved desung (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly clearing the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete in all respect.

Excavation in earth work in drain and channel upto 1.5 mtrs. Stacking the exavated soil not more then 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. Layears when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and wateing and then disposing of all surplus soil with the lead of 20 mtrs in pick work.
