Providing of damaged Main switch Contact assembly (including all the components i.e., Arcing Horn, springs SS 25 mm, contact fingers, jumper pads, supporting plates) for 22 kV 1250 Amps isolator as per approved drawings of Ganvi Power House Stage 2 (copy enclosed as per Annexure A).Scope of work includes: Inspection of existing isolator, replacement of worn/damaged components/contacts, alignment and tightening, providing and fixing of M12 HDG (length 75 mm) BOLTS WITH NUTS AND WASHER (QTY: 100 NO. each), spring washer, lock nuts, terminal connector/clamp for DOG conductor and all other relevant accessories as per drawing, complete in all respects and as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing of O-Ring in 66/22 kv power transformer bushing insulator (size as per sample).(QTY.20NOS)

Providing and fixing of 22 kv bushing insulator for station transformer (22/0.415 kv 125 KVA).(QTY.6NOS)

Providing and fixing of:- Hex lock nut M12 - SS AISI 304 Non-MAG grade (QTY: 60 NO)- Hex nut M12 - SS AISI 304 Non-MAG grade (QTY: 60 NO)- Spring Washer for M12 bolt - SS AISI 304 Non-MAG grade (QTY: 50 NO)- Flat washer for M12 bolt - SS AISI 304 Non-MAG grade (QTY: 100 NO)- Hex Bolt M12 X 100 - SS AISI 304 Non-MAG grade (QTY: 60 NO)- Clamp piece 95x95x25 - AL Alloy (QTY: 15 Nos)- On 66 kv feeder damaged line-trap (0.5mh/1000Amp).
