| 1 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning complete with all accessories of power transformer of 33/11 KV capacity 05 MVA (5000 KVA) step down, outdoor floor mounted, double copper wound, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC, Oil immersed, ONAN confirming to IS-2026 and IEC62770, including cooling fans, external cooling tubes/radiator cores type having voltage ratio 33000/11000 volts (corresponding to principal tapping ) winding delta connecting on Primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV side) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on LV side and looping on HV side for contact output so as to alter/ vary secondary voltage by (+) 5 to (-) 15% in equal steps of 1.25% to be changed by means of (OLTC) on load Tap Changer with floor mounted RTCC panel with AVR and marshaling box. Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer of core and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics :- |

| 6 | NOTE:-(i) The oil temperature and winding temperature guages shall be housed in a marshaling box made up of MS sheet as per manufacturer recommendations with hinged door and having glass front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands.(ii) Following documents to be submitted for core during the stage inspection:(a) Invoice of supplier(b) Factory test certificates(c) Packing list(iii) OEM should have in-house NABL accredited lab for testing. |

| 10 | Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles of 12 meter long or next higher standard size as manfactured type 410 SP-64, complete with cast iron base plate, heat resistance finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including painting with two coats of synthetic enamalled paint over one coat of red oxide primer and 06 Nos bands/straps with white/ red/ black/ yellow as required (30cm wide each) epoxy heat resistant paint at a distance 30cm from plinth block and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint in 2.5 cm height complete all as specified directed.Notes: 1. Excavation, returning, removal, PCC for foundation and coping etc shall be measured and paid separately.2.
