| 2 | Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles,stays,struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified. |
| 3 | Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified. |
| 4 | Supplying and laying of size 110 mm dia (OD-110 mm & ID-95 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc direct in ground (90 cm below ground level) for cable protection , the cable fix in pipe proper as per direction of engr-in -charge complete as required. |
| 5 | Supply, laying in trenches, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade having cross sectional area 120.0 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.) |

| 7 | Supply, installation & commissioning outdoor type RMU 3 way (01 VCB + 02 LBS) consisting of HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 cycles, totally enclosed metal clad SF6 Switchgear having Rupturing capacity up to 250 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating up to 400 Amp and Installation of 11 KV, 02 Nos 630 Amp Load break switch with 200 Amp DO set and earth switch with provision of Bus coupler of suitable rating connected with the VCBs and LBS with provision switching on and off the sources ,the RMU VCB required auto spring charging and manually charging facility ,for relay backup single phase supply also provision from nearest sources for including Platform /foundation of Suitable size as per manufacturer recommendation with Cable entry /out openings , embedded earthing lugs ,disposal of surplus soil ,curing and finishing and plaster of 15mm in CM 1:4 with two coat synthetic enamel painting on complete plinth as directed by Engr-In-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV, 630 Amp, 3 Pole, Outdoor Type Load Break Switch (LBS) with manually operated gang mechanism, suitable for breaking load current under normal service conditions, complete with insulators, arcing horns, operating mechanism, earth blades, padlocking arrangement and all other necessary accessories for safe and efficient operation ,The LBS shall be mounted on hot dip galvanized steel support structure duly fabricated with base frame, operating pipe, crank and handle, including providing and casting of cement concrete foundation in 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) with necessary excavation, formwork, curing and finishing smooth, including grouting of bolts and painting of steel structure with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 9 | M & L for Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -03 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following.(i) Galvanised steel earth plate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metres below ground level.(ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers ( n.exc 15 cms each layer).(iii) 32x6mm G I strip from earth plate to test point including necessary GI bolts, nuts, check nut, washers & thimbles etc.(iv) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically up to top level of earth pit and then taken horizontally to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of GI strip. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m as directed. |
| 10 | Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or manually without damage nearby electric cable, water pipe line etc including HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure and sealing the end of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
