OD290437/2025-2026:All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance contract for the following air conditioner unit (excluding the replacement of defective compressor, electrical Main switches and Civil works) having all routine and preventive maintenance, attending to all breakdowns and petty repairs and rectifying the defects if any, including replacement of defective accessories, refrigerant controls, pressure testing of the system, vacummizing, compressor oil charging, gas charging etc. as required. The cleaning and servicing of IDU and ODU includes 1no. water servicing using chemicals, water pump etc. and 3 nos. Air servicing using cleaning materials and pressure air pump etc. The Air filter of the indoor unit shall be cleaned by using cleaning material, check the indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant status, cooling temperature and check all electrical components for every month of the year. The operating status of the units should be regularly monitored and intimated to the department staff in charge and the Air conditioner Units should be maintained in proper working condition through out the period of contract. - 5TR, 415V Packaged Air Conditioner Units (2 nosx 12 services)
