Supply, fabrication and installation of FRP D-Box (Canopy Type) suitable for Isuzu D-Max Double Cab pickup, manufactured from high-strength Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) with reinforced frame, lockable rear access door, gas struts, hinges, weatherproof rubber beading and high-mounted stop lamp. The work includes measurement, cutting, drilling, fabrication and welding of MS mounting brackets, surface preparation, primer application, matching automotive paint finish, anti-corrosion treatment, electrical wiring, fitting, alignment, testing and commissioning complete in all respects. Including all materials, labour, transportation, tools and accessories required for satisfactory completion of work.

Complete servicing of Isuzu D-Max including draining and replacement of Engine Oil (7.0 litres, 5W-30 fully synthetic diesel grade), replacement of engine oil filter, cleaning of air filter, inspection of fuel filter, topping up/replacement of Engine Coolant (2.0 litres ), checking and topping up brake fluid, clutch fluid and washer fluid. Inspection of brakes, suspension, steering, belts, hoses, battery terminals and electrical system. Wheel nut tightening, lubrication of hinges and locks, diagnostic scanning, underbody inspection, vehicle washing and engine bay cleaning. Labour, consumables and disposal of waste oil included.
