| 2 | Scope:Design, Enginneering, Manufacture, Assembly, Factory Testing, Supply, Storage, Installation, Site Testing and Commissioning etc complete as per applicable IS / IEC Standards, of front operated, indoor, cubicle type, free standing, LT panels suitable for operating on 415 V +/-10%, Three Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz +/-3%, AC supply system and to with stand a short circuit level of 65/50/35/25/16/10 KA rms symmetrical, as applicable. The scope of work includes all the materials, works, testing and commissioning as specified below and as directed / instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 3 | Fabrication:The panel shall be fabricated out of 14 (Panel body)/16 SWG (Partition) CRCA sheet steel with necessary bracings and shall be of IP 54 construction as per specifications.The panel shall be provided with support stand, if required or shall be suitable for installation on pedestal/by grouting with required MS chanel/frames. Frames required for installation shall be measured and paid as per separate item of the tender.The panel shall be provided with Door Interlocking Facility. The panel Fabrication shall be as per relevant IS. Treatment / Painting / Powder Coating, The metal parts of the panels shall be treated for anti- corrosive treatments. Surface treatment to panel , frame and all steel parts of the panel shall be carried out through Seven tank process/sand blasting process. After Surface treatment, panel shall be powder coated with approved color shed and finish. |
| 4 | Busbars:The Panel shall be provided with high quality, high strength, high conductivity ETP Grade FP Copper Bus Bars as per IS: 191. All Neutral Links / Neutral Busbars rating shall be equal to phase busbar rating. The Panel shall be provided with Copper Earth Busbar throughout the length of the panel; Fire retardant DMC/ SMC filling for opening around bus bar near the sectional barriers. Facilities in the terminals to have direct termination with Copper / alluminium cables. |
| 5 | Switchgears:The breaking capacity of the switchgears and MCCBs wherever specified shall be the Service Breaking Capacity. All incomer MCCB shall be with inbuilt adjustable Earth Fault, adjustable Thermo-Magnetic Over load & short circuit release, Trip Free mechanism, shunt trip release and auxiliary contacts and having Rotary Operating Handle and door interlocking facility. All outgoing MCCBs shall be with inbuilt adjustable Thermo-Magnetic Over load & short circuit release, Trip Free mechanism, shunt trip release and auxiliary contacts and having Rotary Operating Handle and door interlocking facility. Class B Type Surge Arrasters (Wherever Specified) : The Surge protective device shall be provided to restrict all the surges up to 0.9 kV and can protect the system from the fault currents up to 50 kA. |
| 6 | All control/power wires shall be 1100 volt grade ISI marked PVC - FRLS insulated (IS 694 with latest amendments) wires having flexible (multi strands) copper conductors. |

| 9 | Aluminum/copper Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured Cables of following Specifications & sizes :Supply, Laying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.1 KV grade, 2C/3C/3.5C/4C, XLPE insulated and overall FRLSH PVC sheathed, Stranded, compacted and shaped, Aluminium/copper conductor, flat steel strip / wire Armoured cables as specified below, ISI marked, IS 7098 / part-1 (with latest amendments) and of following sizes. The conductors of the cable shall conform to IS 8130(with latest amendments).The cable shall be laid underground at a depth of 750 mm below ground level or on wall / ceiling with clamps, or through RCC Hume Pipes / Ducts / sleeves / pipes / holes / cable trenches etc complete as required, but excluding the cost of excavation/back-filling and Cable Trays. |
| 10 | The scope includes the cost of supply & fixing of suitable cable clamps whereever required, fabricated from atleast 1mm thick, 25mm wide GI sheets and base made from atleast 3mm thick, 25mm wide MS flats (sample to be approved), welding, cutting, grinding, painting etc complete and all hardware & accessories etc complete as required. For more than one cable, suitable clamps made from MS angle / sections should be provided. The scope also includes making necessary holes in walls / ceilings / floors etc as required.Cable Route Marker shall be provided and fixed on entire route of the cable atleast at every 15m interval and at every change of direction in the route or as required. |

| 26 | Supply and fabrication and installation of Mild steel, in required shapes, sizes and configuration as required for panels/DBs etc. support on floor/wall with anchor fastner/nuts and bolts including welding/cutting/grinding etc. as required to complete the job using ISA/ISMC/MS flat/MS plate as required/directed. The job also includes to paint the structure after surface cleaning with two coats of zinc cromate primer and two coat color of enamel paint as per the shade approved/suggested by Enginner-in-Charge.
