Digital mapping of the location & area of Sports complexes by conducting topographical survey using latest technology i.e. DGPS/LiDAR/ETS with reference to established Horizontal & Vertical control providing longitude & latitude at required locations & giving the demarcation of roads, paths, lanes, open spaces, green areas, landscaping areas, tree survey, blocks built up area visible services & other visible salient features as per the site requirement & as directed by the Engineers-in-Charge i/c providing level with reference to nearest G.T.S permanent bench mark i/c cutting of grass, bushes etc. wherever required & cleaning of areas etc. whenever required for the survey. T.S.S instrument, GPS instrument complete along with supplying of all relevant information Data i.e. 6 No. hard copy of drawing on desired scale & soft copy in pen drive & as per the direction of Engineers-in Charge. (Specify the tree with their girth and species in tabular form also)

Carrying out digital survey using electronic total station (ETS) laser observation technology and manual measurement of the built up structure including all internal walls door windows and all visible fittings and fixers and nearby existing features i.e. building shade, temporary structure, ground coverage etc. complete in all respect from basement/ground floor upto top floor. providing architectural drawings of the surveyed area of the built up structure wherever required with clear dimension and marking as per complete satisfaction of Engnineer-in-charge. (the agency shall provide 6 sets in hard copy and soft copy in pen drive).

Providing Minimum 2 nos.of Horizontal & Vertical control at each location for digital mapping of the location & area of Sports complexes by using DGPS observation of minimum 2 hours and connecting the control points to the nearest SOI B.M. and all control points should be mark on burgi of size 300x300x750mm. The desired accuracy is: DGPS observation: 1:1,00,000 & Vertical control: 12√K

GPR Survey of complete area with detection of the all type of underground utility services like water pipeline, sewer pipeline, storm water line, gas pipeline, electric cables, telecom cables etc. upto 6 mtrs depth from ground level. Marking of the detected utilities on the map with information of locations and depths. Work to be conducted using 100, 500 and 300MHz antenna for best possible resolution and penetration. Scanning to be done by taking L-sections & X-sections all along the plot at 5m interval grid lines. Processing of field data by using appropriate software and duly mark all underground services on plan and provide 6 sets of plan (hard copy) & 2 sets of softcopy in pendrive.

Conducting Building Information Modelling (BIM) by using 3D Laser scanning to generate precise high density point clouds of As-Built Structures and capture the As-Is condition of the structure/building by using 3D Laser Scanner and prepare accurate 3D BIM Models using Modelling Software Suites. Processing of the acquired data by using appropriate software and generate 3D Models containing data-rich \\"objects\\" that hold information about material, physical properties and all other relevant information.
