REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) :-Taking down unserviceable broken long rail of charpoy made out of GI Pipe 32mm bore medium grade and providing new long rails of 32mm GI pipe medium grade including threading and fixing, complete all as specified and directed.Note :-Each long rail shall be measured and paid.

Taking down unserviceable broken short rail of charpoy made of 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe and providing new short rails of 32mm bore GI pipe cut from long rails obtained from Sl item No 1.00 above including threading & fixing the short rail, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Short rail shall be made from long rail obtained from serial item No 1.0 above.(ii) Each short rail shall be measured and paid.

Taking down unserviceable broken leg of charpoy made of 32mm bore medium grade GI pipe and providing new short rails of 32mm bore GI pipe cut from short rails obtained from Sl item No 2.00 above including threading and fixing the leg. The bottom of legs shall be provided with GI cap of 32mm (Plug), complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Leg shall be made from long / short rail obtained from serial item No 1.0 and 1.01 above.(ii) Each leg of charpoy shall be measured and paid.

Taking out unserviceable elbow 3 way 32 mm bore of charpoy GI pipe and S & F new elbow 3 way 32mm medium weight, complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) Each elbow 3 way of charpoy shall be measured and paid.

Taking out unserviceable/ broken check nut of charpoy GI pipe and S & F new GI check nut 6mm thick suitable for charpoy GI Pipe 32mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 02 Nos of stiffners made out of 25mm MS square hollow tubes between the long rails at equal distance from the short rails. The stiffners shall be welded to the frame of the GI charopy after complete repair/retightening of joints, complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY PLY TOP (FD-220) :- M&L for retighting of all joints of Charpoy GI Pipe, S&F in replacement of plywood commercial 12mm thick of size 1980x900mm, grade BWR, type BB and fixed to frame of Charpoy GI pipe with 08 Nos GI nut bolt 6mm dia 62 to 65mm along with washer at both ends and nuts 02 Nos on each rail and square tube, complete all as specified and directed.
