Name of Work:- ADDN/ ALTN TO BALCONY OF BLDG NO 1, 4 (HALF) AND 16 AT TURF VIEW UNDER GE ALIPORE KOLKATA
Sl. No. Item Description
1Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc in any position in multi storeyed building complete all as speified and directed.
2M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar(1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceilings and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Work shall be executed in upto 12 storied bldgs.
4S&F Powder coated aluminium Partition wall of frame size 63.5mm x 38mm x 1.50mm to cover the openings of balcony with rubber gasket, stopper powder coated aluminium standard beads/glazing clips, locking arrangement with & including 4.8 mm thick sheet glass fixed with necessary all fittings complete all as per manufactuer's instructions and incl sealing of joints with silicon gel complete all as speified and directed. NOTE: Work shall be executed in upto 12 storied bldgs.
5S&F Powder coated aluminium sliding partition to cover the opennings of balcony with three track with rubber gasket, stopper powder coated aluminium standard beads/glazing clips, locking arrangement etca nd aluminium frame of size 92 mm x 29.5mm x 1.50mm and shutter of section 20mm x 20mm x 1.55 mm with & including two shutters of 4.8 mm thick glass and one shutter of wiremesh 0.36 mm dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm complete all as per manufactuer's instructions and incl sealing of joints with silicon gel complete all as speified and directed. NOTE: Work shall be executed in upto 12 storied bldgs.
6Preparing surfaces of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc and M&L for applying two coats of acrylic distemper over & including a coat of wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.
7Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of ceilings and M&L for applying three coat of white wash complete all as speified and directed.
8Preparation of old plastered surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of acrylic wasable distemper on walls complete all as speified and directed.
9Preparation of old treated surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing and M&L for applying one coat of white wash complete all as speified and directed.
10Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as speified and directed.
11Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside MoD land in any position complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick as in floors for lying floor tiles complete all as speified and directed.
13M&L for Non skid ceramic colour tiles of 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exe 0.18sqm in floors etc set over & including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM(1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement etc complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square /rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set over & including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes in CM(1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement etc complete all as specified and directed.
15Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exe 1.5sqm and not exe 4sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.
16S&F 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
17S&F 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.
18S&F Butt hinges, heavy weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as speified and directed.
19S&F Aluminium anodised,barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as speified and directed.
20S&F Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised complete all as speified and directed.
21S&F Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as speified and directed.
22Preparation of new or previous untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of pink primer etc complete as specified and direcred.
