| 2 | Dismantling A.C. roofing sheets of all sizes at all locations up to 20M from existing ground level for roofs/ cladding by carefully unbolting, lowering, conveying and stacking them without damaging collecting, sorting and stacking roofing bolts of the dismantled sheets, including all labour charges, hire for hand cart/ tempovan / lorry, conveying charges, all safety protection works to workers including all safety measures like safety net, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes, life line for hooking safety belt at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors risk and cost, as per approval of TCC |
| 3 | Dismantling steel work in single sections and built up sections, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metes lead in:R.S. Joists, channels, angles, tees and flats, trusses, rafters purlins etc of all sizes and shapes at all locations and elevations upto 10m from ground level. |
| 4 | Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.Ordinary rock. |
| 5 | Filling in plinth with sand, masonry or concrete waste under floors, including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete. |
| 6 | Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete |
| 7 | Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (Required quantity of cement will be issued free of cost by TCC) |
| 8 | Reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 using 20mm and down grade approved quality hard blue granite broken stone for foundation footings, equipment foundations, plinth, beams, columns, tie beams, slabs, lintels, sunshades, drains, vertical walls, stairs, cover slabs, curved walls of all sizes and shapes, including all labour charges, hire for tools, plants and pumpsets, cost of consumables, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Required quantity of cement and steel will be issued free of cost by TCC) |

| 10 | Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete( Required Cement & Solid Block will be supplied by TCC at Free of cost) |
| 11 | Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick at all elevations and locations, including racking and hacing the surface for proper grip, plastering, including all labour charges, scaffolding charges, cost of all consumables, curing charges, all safety precautions etc., complete. (Required cement will be issued free of cost by TCC) |
| 12 | Laying 100 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 50 grade or nearest made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm or more thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including side kerb wall, all labour charges,all material cost except paver block, hire for tools, all safety precautions provided at contractor’s risk and cost.(Paver block supplied by TCC free of cost) |
| 13 | Fabricating, erecting, setting, bolting/welding in position light weight GI square tubular sections and Gi pipes of all sizes for gates and vertical posts as per the instructions, drawings provided, including lifting, straightening, marking, cutting, drilling, welding, bolting, covering ends of circular/tubular sections etc., all as per standard practices, scrapping thoroughly to remove rust, painting with one coat primer paint and two coats synthetic enamel paint, including all labour charges, hire for tools, plants, welding sets, gas cutting equipment’s, derricks, tackles, all safety precautions to workers including all safety measures like, safety belt, helmet, goggles / face shield, safety shoes at contractors risk and cost, approved by engineer in charge and safety engineer including obtaining safety permit approval from concerned sections before work starts on each day , machineries, pipe lines, cables etc., at contractors rick and cost, as per approval of TCC., materials, pipe lines, cables, all cost of consumables such as welding rods, cutting gas etc., complete.(Required paint & GI tube will be issued free of cost by TCC) |
