1. Supply of juice clarifier center shaft to suit our existing clarifier Size 30 feet (9.144 mtr Dia ) No.of compartments - 4, Capacity 410MT.2. Supply of The center shaft size 810mm Dia x 8mm thk with sealing pad 125mm Width x 16mm Thk duly machined complete with gate valve, tie-rod, wheel and sprocket suitable for 4 compartment of 30 feet juice clarifier.3. Supply of Mud seal ring MS fabricated by 50 mm thk square bottom and top cover with rubber mud seal.4. supply of Required quantity of rubber mud seal along with supply of shaft.5. Dismantling of existing drive end assembly center shaft, scrapper, arms, baffle plate and mud boot with bottom plate.6. Erection of new center shaft, baffle plate and scrapper, arms, mud boot with bottom plate and alignment of center shaft with drive head assembly.7. Mud boot seal leak proved in each compartment by contractor 8. Re-erection of drive units after erection of New center shaft and Alignment of to center shaft with drive head Assy.
