Annual Administrative Charges for Issuance of NOC for Removal of Sediments/ De-silting of Seer Khad (Himachal Pradesh) in Bhakra Dam Reservoir Area as Maintenance Activity. Note: 1. The Annual Administrative Charges to be quoted by the bidder shall be exclusive of GST.2. The Bidder shall quote the Annual Administrative Charges payable to BBMB in figures as well as in words, strictly in accordance with the Price Bid Format.3. The Minimum Reserve Price for Annual Administrative Charges (exclusive of GST) has been fixed at ₹50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only) per annum.4. The quoted Annual Administrative Charges shall be equal to or higher than the Minimum Reserve Price specified above.5. Any bid quoting Annual Administrative Charges less than ₹50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakh only) per annum shall be treated as non-responsive and shall be rejected without further consideration.6. The Annual Administrative Charges quoted by the Successful Bidder shall remain applicable for each year of the NoC Period and shall be payable in accordance with the provisions of the EoI Document.7. The Annual Administrative Charges are exclusive of all applicable taxes, GST, duties, cess, royalty, statutory fees, license fees, environmental charges and other levies payable under applicable laws, which shall be borne solely by the Successful Bidder.8. Bids shall be evaluated on the basis of the total composite score obtained under the evaluation methodology specified in the EoI document. The bidder achieving the highest overall score and ranking first shall be selected as the Successful Bidder and shall be awarded the NOC for undertaking sediment removal activities at the designated Bhakra Dam reservoir area.
