| 3 | There are 4 Schedules in the Financial Bid as follows : (i) Schedule - A (DSR-2023 Civil Items)(ii) Schedule - B (DSR-2023 Civil Finishing Items)(iii) Schedule - C (NDSR Civil Items)(iv) Schedule - D (DSR-2025 E&M Items)The bidder is required to quote a flat percentage \\"Excess\\" (+) / \\"Less\\" (-) / \\"At par\\" with respect to the Total amount of all the Schedules in the \\"BoQ1\\" Sheet and further discount if any may be Quoted in the \\"BOQ2\\" Sheet along with methodology of discount if any. | 4 | The quantities for various items provided in the Price Bid are estimated quantities and are given to provide a common basis for Bidding. During the execution of works, the same may vary based upon \\"Good for Construction\\" (GFC) drawings approved by the Engineer and as per the site conditions. The basis of the payment will be the actual quantities of the work executed and accepted by the Engineer or quantities as per the GFC drawings whichever is less and shall be paid / valued as per the accepted rates. |
| 5 | The quoted rates for various items are for completed and finished items of work complete in all respects. It will be deemed to include all the cost involved in the execution of the items and shall include all duties, taxes [except Goods and Service Tax (GST) and Custom Duty] royalties, cess, overheads, profit and other levies payable by the Bidder under the Contract, or for any other cause etc. The Bidder shall be required to consider this aspect while quoting rates. It shall include all general risks, liabilities and obligations set out or implied in the Contract shall and including remedy of any defects during the Defect Liability Period, unless otherwise provided in the Contract. The whole cost of complying with the provisions of the Contract shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rates. GST as prevalent will be paid extra. |
| 6 | Bidder may please note that to perform this contract nothing extra shall be payable on account of field constraints, non-availability of uninterrupted front, cost of project management, monitoring, coordination and supervision, cost of adhering to quality requirements (QA/QC), cost of adhering to SHE requirements, cost of preparing drawings and documents, as-built records and documentation, preparation of detailed scheme for taking necessary clearance and approval from the concerned authority and other local bodies etc. |
| 7 | Income Tax and any other statutory taxes to be deducted at source will be deducted by the Employer from the due payments of the contractor in accordance with the prevailing rules in force. |
| 8 | Bidder should not tamper the Price Bid. If the Price Bid is found to be modified by the bidder, then the same will be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and may result in the rejection of the Bid. |
| 9 | Method of Quoting the Price in the Price Bid:The Price Bid is in Excel Format and the Quoting the Price in the Price Bid should be as Follows: (i) Whole Excel Worksheet is Locked except the Cells which are highlighted in Blue. (ii) Bidders are required to fill these cells which are highlighted in Blue only. (iii) Bidder is required to quote a flat percentage Excess/Less/At par on 'Total Amount of all the Schedules' in \\"BOQ1'' Sheet of Price Bid and further discount if any in BOQ2 of Price Bid along with methodolodgy of discount if any. (iv) All 'blanks' in the Pricing Document, where the Bidder is permitted to quote shall be filled in. (v) If some % is quoted inspite of marking 'At par' that % will not be considered and it will be taken as \\"At par\\" on basic amount. | 11 | For Calculation of rates (excluding GST) of DSR 2023 Civil & Civil finishing items, following Methodology issued by CPWD vide Office Memorendum (OM) dated 08.08.2024 have been adopted:As per CPWD OM the rates of individual items of DSR 2023 has been multiplied with correction factor on account of GST @ 0.973 to the existing rate of DSR 2023 item in order to achieve modified DSR rate and then reduced the corrected rate by 18% for making DSR item excluding GST.Note:The above Methodology shall be applicable for calculating the rate of Individual Items of DSR 2023 in Schedule A & B (to be executed under Lump Sum amount).Based on the above Methodology and price quoted by the bidder payment shall be made for the individual items executed under Lump Sum amount of DSR 2023 in Schedule A & B. For Calculation of rates of Schedule - D (excluding GST) of E&M DSR -2025, reduced the rate by applicable GST% for the item for making DSR item excluding GST. All TP MCCB's shall have external neutral for neutral overload protection and earth fault sensing as specified in BOQ. l) MCCBs shall be compact (As the Engineer may decide), suitably designed to provide protection of motors, cables, busbars to suit rated current, unbalanced power distribution as required and with front adjustable overload and short circuit releases and minimum electrical endurance of the order of 7000-8000 operation cycles (higher shall be preferred) for capacity of 100-250 amps. m) All the Electrical Panels shall be equipped with required accessories for establishing BMS connectivity through open protocol i.e. Ethernet-IP at a single location in each panel's Marshalling Chamber and shall be able to remotely read or control the parameters through BMS. This provision to be ensured. n) MCBs shall conform to IEC898/IS 8828 (latest) and, with breaking capacity 10 kA at 415 V AC, current limiting type lower powerloss appx 40 - 70% of the stipulated value and suitable for magnetic releases operating between 3 to 5 times rated current for normal power distribution application and 5 to 10 times rated current for motor application duty, with minimum Electrical endurance of the order of 20000 operation cycles. o) Panel/board design shall be compact and components / accessories of compact sizes be used to economies the room space available. Employer reserve the right to seek compact items in place of larger ones p) All incomer ACB's shall be provided with minimum 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts and all MCCBs shall be provided with 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts, and there should be provision to add min. 6 Auxiliary contacts. q) The panels shall be fitted with Clean Agent based panel flooding system.
