| 2 | M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 3 | M&L applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid / rolled with power road roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 5 | M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm (consolidated thickness) in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% minimum binder content mixed by weight of total mix as wearing course, using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical sensor paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.(Note: No Extra payment shall be paid to the contractor for more quantity of bitumen than mentioned in Sch 'A'.) |
| 6 | M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Supply and fix in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specfied and directed.Make : Mr Illumination/3M/Aktion/Dark eye. |
| 8 | S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 9 | S&F in repairs road delinators as per IRC-79-1981 (road way indicators) dual directions, retro reflective, round delinator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75 mm dia and of height 900mm duly powder coat painted and provided with three reflective band of colour red, white and yellow colour, 150 mm wide and50 micron thick and protected with welded wire cage including necessary excavation of size 300x300x450mm and PCC 1:2:4 type B2 foundation complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 10 | S&F in repairs for 32 inches (80cm) dia polycorbonate convex mirror fibre moulded water proof and weather proof, fixed to Stainless Steel pole of 50mm outer dia (Grade 304), thickness not less than 2.50mm with necessary brackets for fixing as required and laid with PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 in existing position of Appx size 450x450x600mm etc complete all as specified and as directed.
