(c) Fixing 40mm dia PVC Pipe 450mm long bottom of the sunken and wraping of bath seal tape on the pipes inserted through walls to floor are and seal it (Perma Butyl tape product of Nerolac Perma/ STP/Asian and grouting around the inserted pipes by porable grout as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(d) Make angle fillets by mixing sand cement and Nerolac Perma Hypercrete/STP/Asian on all corners.(e) Brushing two coats with high performance cementitious elastomeric two components water proofing coating of Nerolac Perma Super 2K/STP/Asian of thickness 1mm in two coats, Above treatment shall be giving upto height 15cm from bottom slab and allow it dry completely. Above material shall be confirm to below properties- 1. Bulk Density - 1.73g/cc, 2. Elongation - 100% as per ASTM D412 (Min) 3.Hydrostatic Pressure - 4bars as per ASTM D 7088, 4. Adhesion to concrete- Greater than 1.5N/mm2, 5. Crack Bridging ability as per AS/NZS 4548.5 Min 1mm. 6. DFT - 1mm in two coats. Seperation Layer- Providing & Laying 120 gsm non woven geo textile membrane over waterproofing coating to protect the coating prior the screed.(f) Providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate mixed with intergral waterproofing compound Cement + of Nerolac Perma as per manufacturer instructions in sunken slab for making slope to wrap hole.(g) Fill the sanitary gaps with Nerolac PermaSIKA/Asian sealing compounds complete. |

| 16 | Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer of roofs and old APP removal including mud pushaka etc roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping/Brushing clean and washing down with water to remove dust and apply neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as directed. |
| 17 | M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/padding /benching or mud stops, and platform for mounting service tanks, rounded,chamfered on edges including necessary use and waste of from work etc all as specified and directed. |
