OD180334/2025-2026:Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for 10KVA DELTA UPS System (Equipment No. E5Q22100151WC & E5Q22100150WC) for the period of one year(I) Terms and Conditions:- 1. UNICORN service personal visit the installation sites for periodic preventive maintenance check-up of the UPS system once in six months except Line Interactive UPS Systems.2. Apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits, all breakdown calls on the system covered under AMC and reported to the respective UNICORN service branches emanating from the user will be attended to. 3. AMC will be executed, if the machine is in working condition and the above mentioned AMC amount applicable only for Delta UPS System excluding batteries, 4. During the preventive maintenance check-up, the system will be cleaned and general performance will be checked.5.Cost of all spares that are replaced in the UPS system will be covered under this comprehensive annual maintenance scheme. 6. The rates offered are for the services during normal working hours between 9.00a.m to 5.30pm.on working days only. For 24*7 coverage the rate will be charges additionally. ( II ). Exclusions: The following services are not included in this scheme, but could be done on payment basis: a. Missing/stolen parts in the UPS and backup source. b. Shifting of UPS and accessories. c. Extra accessories required for the use of the UPS. d. Repairs and replacement to DC backup. e. Check all electrical wiring, accessories & its associated problems. h. Replacement of SNMP/Modbus/GSM modum and software application tools, i. Replacement of capacitors if the age of the same exceeds more than five years, j. Replacement of magnetics, if the age of the transformer exceeds more than seven years. k. Defect arising due to site related problem such as short circuit between phase& Neutral-Phase & Earth, Neutral open, etc could be rectified on chargeable basis only Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
