| 1 | Preparation for starting work by proper shutdown and isolation of the complete L T Panels (Total 3 Panels) one by one from energy source and ensuring the absence of voltage or any residual energy with all safety measures for isolation verification. |
| 2 | Dismantling the existing incomer ACB complete with their cradles and mounting arrangements from the incomer chambers of the two of the Panels installed at site including disconnecting all the connections joints etc. from the incoming power supply and the outgoing connections with the main bus bars of the panels for replacing them with two new ACBs (one ACB to be provided by the department and one ACB will be as per supply below) |
| 3 | Supply of ACB, 4 Pole, 415V, AC of Rating 4000 Amperes, MDO type, with microprocessor release BCH Make. |
| 4 | Installation / fitting of the cradle / draw out mechanism of the ACB as above at the panel in proper alignment with mounting and fixing arrangements for making the connections and for fixing of new ACBs. |
| 5 | Fixing the ACB in the cradle in proper drawable condition including checking the movement along with making control connections as suitable for operating the new ACBs |
| 6 | Connecting the incoming sides of two new 4000 Amp ACBs (one ACB to be provided by the department and one ACB will be as per supply at Sr. no. 2 above) with the incomer power supply by rearrangement/ modification / extension / addition of Bus Bar lengths in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing as required for making the required joints including bending, cutting, shaping and drilling of the bus bars as required for making joints including providing of material, other consumables and tools and tackles as per site requirement. |
| 7 | Connecting the outgoing sides of the new two 4000 Amp ACBs with the main bus bars of the two panels by rearrangement/ modification / extension / addition of Bus Bar lengths in Aluminium construction of similar cross section as per existing as required for making the required joints including bending, cutting, shaping and drilling of the bus bars as required including providing of material, other consumables and tools and tackles as per site requirement. |
| 8 | Dismantling the existing door of the incomer ACB. Fabrication, supply and fixing of the new door of size as suitable to new 4000 Amp ACBs and provisions for the operation of the ACBs made with CRCA Sheet duly painted complete with all accessories as required. |
| 9 | Providing and Fixing of the new Amp Meters, Volt meters and selector switches at the incoming ACB chambers of all three-panel including making their wiring connections and control connections, setting and configuring the Meters as per the CT ratio and testing the parameters display as per requirement at site. Dismantling the old Indicating lights after disconnecting their wiring connections and providing, fixing of new Indicating lights with complete wiring etc.. |
| 10 | Dismantling the defected Indicating lights from all the three LT Panel outgoing chambers after disconnecting their wiring connections. Providing and Fixing of the new Indicating lights including making their wiring connections and control connections as per requirement at site. |
| 11 | Testing of newly installed 4000 Amp ACBs for manual closing and opening operation, spring charge mechanism, draw out/ racking mechanism operations. Commissioning of the new ACBs after inspection of all the connections for operations first at NO load and then monitoring of voltage, current and observing under ON load conditions as per site requirement. |
| 12 | Carrying out the complete external inspection of all the 3 panels by inspection of panel body, doors, locks, hinges and door gaskets of all the chambers along with inspection of panel foundation and mounting arrangements. |
| 13 | Complete Servicing / Reconditioning of the three complete LT Panel including internal cleaning by removing of dust, dirt etc. by blower of the incomer chambers, all the outgoing chambers, bus bar chambers, cable alleys, bus bar alleys as per requirement. |
| 14 | Carrying out the bus bars inspection by checking of the bus bars connections / joints at main bus bars chambers and alleys and tightening of the joints, inspecting the outgoing cable connections and terminations as per site requirement. |
| 15 | Commissioning of the three panels after completion of the above works and after safe energization of the panels as per site requirement and observation of panel performance under load condition. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information |
