Name of Work:- ADDN/ ALTN TO CERTAIN TECHNICAL BUILDING AT 21 WG UNDER GE (AF) LEH
Sl. No. Item Description
1Material and labour for provision of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane all as given below: -(a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b)Applying and laying 4mm thick APP membrane with and including non woven polyster matt central core of 160 gsm (min) imprregnated and coated on both sides with and including layer of APP modified bitumen and finished with and including micro-perforated heat fusible polythene film on both surfaces over and including 0.3 litres/ Sqm bitmununous primer confirming to IS-3348 and applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2 kg/Sqm over the membrane and finally applying two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10 litres/Sqm each layer complete as per manufacturer's instructions and all as specified and directed. The weight of APP membrane shall not be less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm and laid over and including primed surface by using LPG/Butane torch and apply unfirom pressure with roller. The overlap of membrane shall be 100 mm on sides and 150 mm on end laps and including goove of size 20 mm in parapet wall for termination of APP membrane into grooves upto 50 mm length and groove sealed with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.Notes: (i) The work shall be executed only through authorised applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE.(ii) Contractor has to submit guarantee of treatment for 05 Years.
2M&L for treatment of foyer roof with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane all as given below: - (a) Taking down existing water proofing treatment and cleaning roof surface by washing and rubbing etc. and removing the material retrieved to a distance not exceeding 500 m where directed. (b)Applying and laying foyer roof with reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membraneof 400-micron thickness in four layers (100micron each layer) having SRI of 130, tested as per ASTM E 1980 (with Solar Reflectance and Thermal emittance tested as per ASTM C 1549 and ASTM C 1371 , respectively). The coating should have water absorption less than 1g/ltr as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-1) 1989, with the ability to resist heat upto 125 °C as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-3) 1990 having VOC less than 1g/ltr as per ASTM D 3960 and should have excellent resistance to transmission of ponded water up to 2.5 bars of pressure for 7days. It should also be resistant to Ammonia solution, Sodium nitrate, Sodium hydroxide, along with water and soap solution as per IS: 101 (P-7/Sec-2)1990. The waterproofing membrane will be laminated with 25—40-micron thick transparent Nano modified composite crosslinking polymeric coating with a minimum of 40% solid content as per IS: 101 (P -8/Sec6)1993 and also should pass Impact test as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-3) 1988 along with having dust and water repellent & anti-graffiti property passing Scratch hardness test of 500g as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-2) 1988. It should also pass Cross Cut Adhesion test as per IS: 101 (P-5/Sec-2) 1988. The Polymeric coating should have a self-cleaning and easy-to-clean property with excellent weather stability and DPR (Dirt pickup ratio). Surface preparation includes cleaning to remove all dust, fungus, etc. The work will be done under the supervision of the Engineer-in-charge. The coating thickness and the methodology of application shall strictly be carried out by the authorised applicator/ manufacturer with all specifications and as approved by the Engineer-in charge. The manufacturer/Authorised Applicator shall give a warranty for the performance & durability for 5 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-M/S starshield or equivalent
3M&L Cement concrete Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4M&L Rendering 15 mm thick Cement plaster 1:3 on roof surfaces using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(WPC paid seprately)
5Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
6Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
7M&L Rendering 15mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur faces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
8M&L Rendering 10 mm thick Cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur faces rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
9M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
10M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
11M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
12M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of OBD white or tinted on walls over a coat of chalk whiting on plastered surfaces ,preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13M&L Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of OBD white or tinted on walls over a coat of chalk whiting on plastered surfaces ,preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14M&L for preparation of surface and applying three coat of white wash on newly plaster surface of ceiling complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for preparation of old plaster or painted surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
16Taking down carefully existing aluminum / copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power point) complete of any description including fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, tube light fitting, ceiling fan with regulators, sockets, wooden boards, laminated sheets from sunken boxes, boards, shades light fitting etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
17Taking down un-serviceable DB of any size and capacity including MCB etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls,floors, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
