Material and labour for dismantling of DG Set 1010 KVA, Make: CUMMINS for complete overhauling and servicing, drain out the complete engine oil in the suitable container, replacement of unserviceable spare parts of DG sets and reassembling complete and testing carried out in presence of Engr-In-Charge with satisfaction, all as specified and directed/ or as directed.NOTE : (i) Cost of Spares will be paid and measured separately under respective items. (ii) Replacement will be carried out through authorised Service persons of OEM.(iii) Cost of minor parts deemed to be inculded in the rates for making DG set fully fuctional. (iv) Cost of transportation inculded if parts are carried to the workshop.(v) Spares shall preferably be of the original make of existing DG Set and shall be compatible in all respect.

Taking down carefully Crank from DG set and shifting to workshop for gridning upto the suitable size and refixing the same after grinding.

Taking down carefully PT Pump from DG set and shifting to workshop for repair and calibration and refixing the same after repair and calibration.

Taking down carefully Fuel injector Pump from DG set and shifting to workshop for repair and calibration and refixing the same after repair and calibration.

Taking down carefully Cylinder head from DG set and shifting to workshop for repair and refixing the same after repair.

Taking down carefully Radiator body from DG set and shifting to workshop for repair and cleaning with chemical including applying two coats of durable heat resistant paint over a coat of heat resistant primer and refixing the same after repair and cleaning.

Radiator new core (Inner & outer) made of high durability corrosion resistant copper with multi-row, seamless tubes-and-fins configuration tested for heavy pressure, vibration resistance and engineered to match OEM specifications for suitable ambient temperature environment for functioning as a heavy duty heat exchanger responsible to carry hot fluid upto 150 degree celcius for maintaining optimal engine operating temperature by dissipating heat from the coolant to prevent overheating and ensure reliable, continuous power generation.
