| 1 | Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel cladding of approved colour and shade, minimum 4 mm thick, comprising of two aluminium sheets each of minimum 0.5 mm thickness bonded to a non-toxic polyethylene / FR core, conforming to relevant IS standards, fixed on aluminium framework made of extruded aluminium sections of approved size, duly fixed to RCC / brick masonry with approved anchor fasteners. Panels shall be machine cut, grooved, bent and fixed using aluminium cleats / SS screws / rivets as approved. Joints shall be uniform and sealed with approved silicone sealant. The work includes all necessary framework, fittings, fixtures, sealants, scaffolding, cutting, bending, wastage, labour and tools, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
