| 2 | Supply, fixing and erection of built up cantilever structure 6 m span comprising of one vertical post of 6.00 m height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm MS plate at top & 12 mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50 mm dia heavy class MS pipe and 40 mm dia heavy MS pipe as bracing & 10 mm MS plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design and drawing with one of steel primer and two coats of synthetical enamel paint. The work includes construction of RCC foundation of size 0.90 x 0.90 x 1.50 m of depth as per site condition for built up structure including earthwork in excavation, 100 mm thick lean concrete in 1:3:6 cement coarse sand and 40 mm gauge stone ballast RCC withand 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply and fixing of 25 mm dia foundation bolts 600 mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement & shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances and complete ionstallation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 and IRC-67-2010 complete in all respect. The rates shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportation, local shifting, erection of signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes etc. all T&P machines, material and labour required for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge excluding GST. | 3 | Providing and fixing of retro-reflective signboards comprising of customised modular PU Epoxy coated MS angle iron frame work, aluminium composite panel (ACP) as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film/latex printing. The horizontal and vertical members including inclined outer membersof the MS frame module shall be made of pair MS angle iron. No panel size shall be more than one sqm and each panel shall be braced diaginally (one way only) with MS angle. The MS frame module shall have length not more than 3 mtr. The aluminium composite panel (ACP) shall have a thickness of 4 mm with 0-5 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be fixed on the MS frame pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5 mm dia spaced not more than 300 mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front visible face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to type-XI of ASTM D4956-09 shall be pressure fixed. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC-67-2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. The rate shall include all material, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. | 4 | Providing and fixing of standard metal delineator as per IRC-79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white colour, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro-reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC-67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type-XI table specification. The delineator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less 800 mm above the ground with not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground while being installed. The front and back faces of the delineator should be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with delta angle (or central angle of curve) between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visibility of the delineator for vehicles moving in continuous curves. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67-2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as directed in site engineer. (LKO SOR No. 1, Chap-26).
