| 4 | Brick work in following Cement Mortar1:3 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 10 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. |
| 5 | RCC non pressure spun pipe with socket and spigot ends as per IS 458/2003 manufactured with sulphate resistant cement with 12 mm HI -alumina lining with rubber ring joints. |
| 6 | Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix, 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification. |
