(WIL)Scope of work:1. Detailed Visual Inspection of boiler pressure parts and structures.2. Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM) of tubes, drums, headers, and pipelines.3. Dimensional Checks for deformation or misalignment.4. Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) for surface crack detection.5. Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) for weld and surface defect identification.6. Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD) for internal defect analysis.7. In‑situ Metallography to assess microstructural condition.8. Hardness Testing of critical components.9. Oxide Scale Measurement for creep damage evaluation.10.
