| 2 | Disconnection of the power and control cable from motor starter panel of 5.69 Cusec pump by providing skilled Electrician and keep it in a suitable place without damaging it. |
| 3 | Lifting the pump from sump chamber with the help of lifting arrangement such as chain-pulley and placed in a workable position at site and also thorough cleaning of the pump unit required to be done. |
| 4 | Dismantling of the pump motor unit is required to done part by part such as cable gland, motor cover, motor casing, drain out of oil, rotor with shaft etc by using special tool and tackles as per requirement without damaging other spares. |
| 5 | Thorough cleaning, drying, de-rusting of the rotor unit with shaft assembly should be done upto satisfiction of EIC. |
| 6 | After complete removing of the damaged stator windings, the stator core should be cleaned to remove any debris or residues, ensuring a smooth surface for the new windings to be installed and also drying out the same properly. |
| 7 | Rewinding the stator with H class insulation coated super enamel copper wire as per the original gauge insulation laid in each slot after completing winding binding with impregnated and varnished cloth and Making the necessary connection of the stator coils and also brazing all the connection by the silver brazing rods and insulating materials and wedges shal have to be used to secure the coils in place, preventing movement and ensuring adequate insulation between the windings and the stator core. |
| 8 | Heat varnishing of the stator winding is required to be done to provide additional electrical insulation and also to protect the windings from any moisture and contaminants and re-sleeve, re-socketing by providing new sleeves, sockets, joint compound etc. to be done. |
| 9 | Assembling of the whole part of the motor unit part by part with necessary gaskets specified rubber ring nut & bolts etc. |
| 10 | Fitting, fixing of impeller, diffuser, bearings and associated components with special tools and tackles. |
| 11 | Supply of specific grade oil for oil chamber and filling it as per requirement. |
| 12 | Supply ,fitting and fixing of all necessary consumables, high temperature grease, parafil oil, gasket sealing compounds, oil seals gland sealing compounds for power & control cables etc. |
| 13 | Lowering down of the pump unit after complete assembling and Reinstalling the pump into its designated location, ensuring all parts are securely fitted. Afterward, necessary electrical connection (for both power and control cable) to be made with the junction box. A test run should be carried out to check the pump’s functioning correctly in the presence of the EIC. |
