Supply Of smart real time gate position and auto pn system. , supplying, providing, installing and commissioning of smart real time gate position and aut o pn system which includes 10.1 display module with touch screen for sm unit and lc unit, interactive ui t o clearly display train number and gate position on the sm unit and lc units, 4g connectivity with fallback to 3g/2g where 4g network is not present, sensors to detect the position of lc gate boom and boom locki ng lever, sensors capable of interchangeable and also identify if the gate is locked. sensor shall have weat her proof casing, lc unit interacts with sensors continuously to detect the position of gate boom/boom-lock lever and generate auto - pn only when both the conditions satisfied i.e. boom is closed condition and lever operated for boom locking. sm unit generates auto pn when sm enters train number, up/dn details. lc un it has auto pn generated when the gate is identified as closed and boom lock lever operated, after the sm c ommand, lc unit shall report the status of the gate whenever changed its position and status of lc gate po sition on sm unit shall be indicated by red icon when gate is in open condition and that is by green icon wh en gate is in closed condition, sm unit and lc units are connected by wireless equipment. fail safe measur es are also implemented along with backup and database from where each and every operation that is recorded between the gateman and the station master, which can be viewed. the rate is including all tools, plants, labour, transportation, manpower including cost of cloud subscription and 4g/3g data plan for 1 yea r at contractors own cost inclusive of all taxes as applicable. providing track indicator, lever lock arrangem ent with iot, and interlocking all the above with pn exchange so as to stop unauthorised opening of ctrt a nd otrt gates. with 1 year maintenance against all kinds of failures physical and functional, installation an d operation. warranty on hardware minimum 2 years. any other modifications and addition as per enginee rs instructions. the execution of works for the non interlocked lc gates under sse/pway/bdo (from sr.no. 1 to 6) and under sse/p.way/cbsa (from sr.no. 7 to 12) are furnished in annxure- a (enclosed) [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] ]
