Monthly charges for 5000 Sq. ft Controlled Environment Warehouse (humidity-controlled as per RFP specifications), inclusive of rent, security, electricity, water, housekeeping, manpower, ERP system, insurance of warehouse, and all overheads. (Excluding GST)

Loading/Unloading charges, including labour and standard handling equipment (excluding heavy equipment like crane/forklift unless specified separately). (Quantity is indicative for evaluation purpose; payment shall be based on actuals)

Palletization/Depalletization including packing and unpacking charges, including labour and consumables required for standard packaging. (Quantity is indicative for evaluation purpose; payment shall be based on actuals)
