| 1 | M&L for routine servicing, maintenance, tunning of DG Sets from 05KVA upto & including 15KVA rating capacity, 3phase, 415V, 50Hz, AC supply, 1500RPM, air cooled of Kirloskar or any make and model consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine/preventive maintenance and testing of all the DG sets components / parts i.e. Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, AVR, primary & secondary filters, battery terminals, earthing, self starter, electrical cable lugs, indicators, ON/OFF switches, DG set running display board including control wiring, contactors, phase connectors, CT ratio, cylinder control fuzes upto 10Amps, FIP, radiators, hoses with clamps etc for tunning up & smooth functioning of DG sets including all consumables items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil, 'O' rings, CTC for cleaning, grease etc.. Maint will be carried out as and when ordered by Engineer-in-Chagre only and maintenance shedule also cover the followings scope :-(a) Replacement of all types primary/secondary filters (air/oil/lub oil etc), lubricating oil & coolents(b) Checking of Belt Tension, Battery Connections and Topping up Distilled Water (if required), External Bolts and Nuts and its Tightening, Safety Units and its Electrical Connections, Alternator Cable Connections, Engine Control Wirings, Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves and adjust if required.(c) Carry out necessary Tappet Clearance setting, if required.(d) Cleaning of Fuel Lines, Inlet Air Lines and Exhaust Liner Radiator Fins.(e) Check functioning of charging alternator.
