Name of Work:- Renovation to Rissia MIP in Nilagiri Block of Balasore District under DPIW (Dam Protection and Improvement Work) Scheme for the year 2026-27.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Clearing shrub jungle uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees below 1m girth on premeasurement required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Dismantling and removing cement concrete for all height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within all lead and lifts including all labour & T&P materials required for the item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in charge.
3Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed of foundation to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete including depositing the excavated materials clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete including dewatering from foundation if required etc. with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
4Filling in foundation & plinth with course sand well watered and rammed to proper layer & level, dewatering if required for the work with all cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials with all labour, required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
5Providing Cement Concrete M-15 grade using 20mm down grade crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specification including hoisting, lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with Vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with all cost of tools & plant, cost and carriage of water etc with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilisation and de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
6Providing Cement Concrete M-20 grade for RCC works on approved surface or shape and size using 20mm down grade crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality quarried free from weathered skin,quarry debris and foreign materials using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specification including hoisting, lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with Vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials with (excluding cost of M.S. rod carriage and labour for cutting, binding, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) all cost of tools & plant, cost and carriage of water etc with supply of all labour, taxes as per prevailing norm and supervision charges including mobilisation and de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
7Supplying, Straightening, cutting, bending , binding and tying the grills and placing HYSD bars reinforcement in position as per approved design & drawing for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary including cost, conveyance & supply of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour , with all leads, lifts from bending yard to placement spot with cost & conveyance and all taxes of steel bars of any reinforcement supplying all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement of for payment)
8Providing rigid smooth centering & shuttering (with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints in rafts, wherever required) for concrete works as per site requirement including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delifts including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the items etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge .
9Providing weep holes in brick masonry /plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 50 mm dia P.V.C pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and technical specification with all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
10Filling in foundation & plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming to all heights with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, all taxes as per norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
11Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage for approach channel etc cutting by mechanical means of all kinds of soil interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all leads, lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the the excavated materials away from work site including depositing the excavated earth in proper profile etc as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer- in-charge within an initial lead from the place of excavation complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
12Collecting, supplying & stacking of approved quality laterite moorum and coarse sand for road work, then conveying from stacks to the work site & admixting moorum & sand in (60:40) ratio with all labours, T&P ect. complete then laying the admixture in sub-base in layers not exceeding 100mm thickness, watering & compaction to required density with PRR including cost of all materials, carriage, royalty & all labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.
13Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
14Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-III (53mm to 22.4 mm ) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORST&H specification for road & bridge work ( 4 th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
15Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg per sqm. by mechanical means as per clause-502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works as per direction of the Engineer-in charge.
16Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface, spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works
17Providing and Laying 20mm thick premixed carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chips and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with P.R.R. including hire and running charges of P.R.R., Hot mix plant, Bitumen boiler and all other T& P articles including cost and conveyance and royalty of all materials required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- charge.
18Providing and Laying of 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm and 6.80kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm, heating the bitumen, frying the chips mixed with the bitumen and spreading precoated chips after giving a tack coat over surface dressing, rolling with P.R.R.,hot mix plant, tar boiler and sand blinding including hire and running charges of P.R.R. and all other machineries, labour and cost of all materials including carriage, royalty etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
19Binding Road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost carriage Royalties and all taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
20Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including cost, carriage and all taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
216mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment including cost, carriage and all taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
22Removing old revetments and approns and repacking the slopes of dam & dyke with Departmental stone of approved quality including filling the interstices with small stone to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (1/6 voids volume will be deducted from the quantity)
23Supplying and spreading sand of approved specification for filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in earth dam and dyke to proper slope and level within an initial lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial alongwith all lead with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge
24Supplying and spreading 40mm to 20mm size granite metal in filter in rock toe riprap and filter drains in dam and dyke to proper slope and level within an initial alongwith all lead with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials , labour and T&P required for the item complete as directed by the Engineer in charge
25Excavation of any approved type of soil from borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lifts and delifts on properly prepared and scientifically surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.50 cum layers in dam and dyke for all heights including royality of earth etc as specification and direction of the engineer-in charge (Measurment should be taken in finished leval section under OMC Condition and 12.5 volume will be deducted towards settlement of earth in filling section ).
26Fine dressing and turfing in slopes of earth dam and embankment including filling of rain cuts and slips with selected earth duly compacted and trimmed to required profile and turfing with approved quality of compact dub grass including collection and supply of the same from approved site, including loading and unloading, conveyance charges, royalty and other taxes on all materials, with all leads, lifts and de-lifts and as per the approved drawings, specifications including mobilization and demobilization, supplying of all machineries and equipments and their running maintenance charges, inclusive of materials and labour required the work, supervision charges, including cost of watering and making arrangements for survival of grass till its full growth etc. complete in all respects as directed by the the engineer-in charge.(Measurment should be taken on full survival of grass turf) (Twenty six items ) only Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
