Providing and fixing Name Board for Councillors, made of minimum 3 mm thick timber wood of approved quality and size 1830 mm × 902 mm, including printing of Councillor's Name, Ward Number, Designation and Municipality Name in Tamil using weather-resistant vinyl stickers/screen printing, with approved colour combination, including provision of Municipality logo wherever required, complete with necessary stainless steel screws, clamps and other accessories for proper fixing at site, all laboure charges complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
