| 2 | Bucket SeatSupply and Fixing of Double-Wall Hollow Blow Moulded Bucket Type Stadium Seat Providing and fixing Double-Wall Hollow Blow Moulded Bucket Type Spectator Seats, suitable for indoor and outdoor stadium seating, complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The seat shall be manufactured from virgin grade HDPE, UV-stabilized, with double-wall hollow blow moulded construction having minimum 3 mm thickness on each wall, density not less than 0.95 g/cm³ and minimum weight 2.6 kg per seat. Minimum seat dimensions shall be 480 mm depth, 440 mm width and 420 mm height. The seat shall be ergonomically contoured for comfort and stability and provided with 2-digit seat number plate. The seat shall withstand temperature up to 70°C without deformation and carry minimum 5-year colour fading guarantee. The seat shall be mounted on aluminium floor-mount frame, fixed by bolting and grouting. Seats shall have in-built metal inserts for connection with 25 NB galvanized support pipes, supported on pressure die-cast aluminium brackets placed at 1.5 to 1.7 m c/c. All pipe ends shall be sealed with PVC end caps. Supporting structure shall be pressure die-cast aluminium, powder-coated for corrosion resistance, with all joints secured using high-strength steel fasteners. Structural components shall carry minimum 10-year warranty. The seat shall comply with EN 12520:2015, ANSI/BIFMA Furniture Sustainability Standard, CE Certification, ASTM D 3418:2021 (melting peak ≥100°C) and ISO 4892-2:2013 (Cycle-1 Xenon Arc Exposure Test) with Grey Scale Rating >4. Relevant NABL-accredited laboratory test reports shall be submitted with the technical bid. The rate shall include supply, transportation, fixing, anchoring, all fittings, accessories, testing, documentation and completion of work, complete as per specification. |

The total structure to be powder coated and the total chair assembly to fold with gravity type system. The stand should be fixed to ground with help of Hilti / Wurth anchor fasteners. Chair should have a warranty of 2 years against significant colour fading and 5 year against breakage due to manufacturing defects. Chair Plastic Part should have been tested with xenon –Arc exposure Test as per ISO 4892-2:2013 ,Cycle-1. | 4 | Tip -Up Seat With armSupply and Fixing of Tip-Up VIP Stadium Seat with Arm Providing and fixing FI2010 VIP Floor Mounted Seat complete in all respects. The seat shall be injection moulded, two-component type, manufactured from PPCP (Polypropylene Copolymer) material, having minimum dimensions of 596 mm side length x 419 mm rear height. The seat shall consist of top and bottom parts in two pieces with minimum shell thickness of 4 mm and minimum combined weight of plastic top and bottom parts not less than 1.60 kg. The seat shall be UV-stabilized, resistant to high temperature up to 50°C, with colour fastness and ergonomic design ensuring proper air circulation for back and bottom comfort. The supporting stand/frame shall be made of pressure die-cast aluminium complete with plastic armrest and integrated cup holder. The seat top and bottom parts shall be connected to the aluminium die-cast frame. The frame shall be powder coated for corrosion resistance and the complete chair assembly shall operate on gravity type folding system. The seat shall be fixed to the floor with Hilti/Wurth approved anchor fasteners complete in all respects. The chair shall carry minimum 2 years warranty against significant colour fading and 2 years warranty against breakage due to manufacturing defects. | 5 | Retractable Seating System Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of motorized retractable seating system, comprising 2 units, complete in all respects as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The system shall have overall dimensions of approx. 12.6 m (W) × 6.085 m (D) × 3.05 m (H) in open condition and 12.6 m (W) × 1.55 m (D) × 3.05 m (H) in closed condition, inclusive of 0.8 m high safety railings. Configuration shall consist of row height 300 mm, row width 900 mm, aisle width 700 mm, with total seating capacity of 142 numbers. Seats shall be cushioned type with wooden handrests. The seating structure shall be supported on a high-strength tubular steel framework using sections 100×50 mm, 80×40 mm and 60×40 mm, including cold-formed steel beams for front, rear, panels and guide rails, all powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Row decking shall be 18 mm thick plywood finished with 1 mm non-slip vinyl coating. The system shall be operated through a motorized drive mechanism consisting of 230 V, 50 Hz, single-phase geared motor, complete with electrical control panel and pendant switch for manual operation. Drive wheels shall be 5″ × 1.5″ polyurethane roller wheels with bearing core, designed for dynamic load of 120 kg/m² and static load of 240 kg/m². Motor, gearbox, drive shaft and wheel assembly shall ensure smooth, low-vibration and maintenance-free operation. All connections shall be made using high-tensile nuts and bolts. Side, front and rear railings shall be fabricated from 40×20 mm and 20×20 mm cold-formed steel tubular sections, powder coated and securely fixed. The rate shall include all materials, motors, controls, fabrication, installation, testing, accessories and complete commissioning, finished in line, level and plumb, complete as per specification. |
| 6 | Grandstand / Demountable Spectator Seating SystemProviding, supplying, erecting and commissioning modular demountable grandstand spectator seating system suitable for outdoor/Indoor sports facilities, complete including base support, seating, decking, staircases and safety railings, as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.The structural framework shall be fabricated from 48 mm dia × 3 mm thick vertical pipes and 120 × 60 × 3 mm beam members, with 48 mm dia × 2 mm thick vertical and horizontal cross bracing. Beams shall be placed at 2000 mm c/c, connected using ring connectors with wedge pins to form a rigid modular system. Adjustable screw jacks shall be provided for leveling. Entire structure shall be hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance. System shall accommodate minimum 52 spectators, with deck width ≥780 mm, riser height ≥300 mm, aisle width 900–1000 mm, and seat spacing 480–500 mm c/c. Decking shall consist of 3 mm thick × 38 mm high anti-skid extruded aluminium planks with male-female interlocking connectors. Safety railings shall be provided on all open sides using 40×20 mm and 20×20 mm steel sections, hot-dip galvanized. Front cover panels shall be 1.2 mm thick MS sheet formed sections, powder-coated, 150 mm wide. Access staircases shall be fabricated from 40×40×2 mm steel pipes with anti-skid extruded aluminium treads. Seats shall be double-wall hollow blow-moulded HDPE bucket type, UV-stabilized, water-drain type, with minimum 2 mm wall thickness, density ≥0.95 g/cm³, weight ≥2.1 kg, fixed on 25 NB × 2 mm GI pipes using in-built metal inserts and PVC end caps. Seats shall withstand ≥70°C temperature without deformation. The seating system shall comply with EN 12520:2015, ANSI/BIFMA, CE, ASTM D 3418:2021 (melting peak ≥100°C) and ISO 4892-2:2013 Xenon Arc Test (GSR >4). NABL-accredited test reports shall be submitted with the technical bid. Seats shall be fully color-compounded with uniform pigmentation and built-in UV inhibitors. Warranty shall be 2 years against color fading and 5 years against manufacturing defects. Rate shall include all materials, fabrication, erection, fixing, accessories, testing and completion, complete. |
