LT Control Panel: - Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of LT Control Panel suitable for 200 HP HC motor – 02 Nos (415 volts, AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz. and fitted with the following components viz. M.C.C.B. (should be fitted with an M.C.C.B. of 400 Amp, 1 no. volt meter, 1 no ammeter (0-500 amp with CT), 1 No. V.S.S., 1 No. A.S.S. and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side), Star delta Starter (should be fitted with a fully automatic star delta starter comprises of 3 Nos. contactors (400 Amp - 02 no. and 300 Amp-01no. for star delta operation), Sd. timer for change over the supply of motor from star to delta, 2 Nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, indicators, MCB of suitable Amps. for the protection of internal control wiring, a neat and clean internal control wiring should be made with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply), Protections device/fault analyzer (should be fitted with capability to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings) Voltage related fault (Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage, Current related fault (over current/load, dry running, unbalance current / load, earth leakage, short circuiting. Bi-metallic overload relay (A bimetal over load relay of suitable range should be fitted with in the starter as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer. Bus bars should be of heavy capacity. Complete testing of the motor on the no load and on the full load. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet supported on M.S. angle of suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the ground with the help of foundation bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. Job also includes replacement of old damaged ML 10 Contactor of CPS Roop Nagar-III and also replacement of damaged MNX 400 Amp contactor of CPS Bantalab by the way of providing and fitting of new contactors of capacity MNX 400Amps (Total of 2 No contactors).
