As per numbers of complaints additional Sweeper/Helper shall also be provided by the contractor but no claim on this account shall be admissible as the payment is to be made per complaint. 3. In case of absence of the Safaiwala with tools at Complaint Cell on any working day or on the particular day for which demanded, contractor shall be liable to pay penalty @ Rs 400.00 per day. |

Item shall be executed by the contractor upto satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. No extra claim, whatsoever shall be entertained at any stage. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include all aspects mentioned herein. |
