Rewinding of Horizontal Motor suitable for centrifugal pumps by complete dismantling in/c providing & rewinding with Super enamelled copper conductor (as per IS: 13730 Part-3) conductor & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of rotor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.i) 20 HP motor

Labour charge for reinstallation of all electrical equipments (dismentalled serviceable materials, if any additional/ replacement of electrical eqiupments required will be paid separtely) on the pannel board including trial run for 10 hrs in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Repair and maintenance of 10 HP / 12.5 HP Motor suitable for 5000 GPH capacity submerssible pumpset by complete dismantling in/c providing & fitting fixing of PVC ( IS : 8783-1978 ) insulated electro grade copper ( IS : 613-1984 ) conductor winding in stator & all necessary spare parts and reassembling the same including servicing of motor & necessary trial run as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge of lifting of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for lowering & fifting fixing of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor including column assembly upto 100 feet with heavy duty chain pulley and block and making necessary electrical connection with main switch / starter with motor in/c trial run for 10 hrs in two spell complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charge for dismentalling and overhauling of 5,000 to 20,000 GPH water lubricated vertical submesible pump after taking out shaft etc. including necessary fittings of new & existing submersible materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
