| 3 | Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work lift upto a lead of 1.5 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavated and then returning the stacked soil when required into plinth sides of foundation in 15 cm layers consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then depositing of all surplus excavated materials as directed within a lead of 20 metres in all kind of works as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 5 | Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 (1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in : |
| 6 | Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 9 | Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 11 | Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :- |
| 12 | Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 13 | In flat surfaces with steel plates such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc upto all thickness in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 14 | Providing and fixing Manhole cover of size 60x60 cm made of angle iron frame size 40x40x5mm thick covered with M.S. sheet 2.00mm thick and welded with angle iron frame 35x35x3mm thick including hings, handles, 8 Nos hold fast and locking arrangement along with lock and key of standred make primer two coat with redoxide paint complete and manhole cover fixed in storage tank/intake with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, nut & bolt and dismentalling of RCC work complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
